About the calculator

This calculator finds stat weights based on the incremental change to damage of an idealized 2 minute rotation. This represents a useful but simplified model of the true weight of statistics which interact in complex ways that are hard to quantify without simulation. You may be interested in seeing the details of the rotation used or using the gear comparison tool to see how a prospective change in gear may affect your theoretical dps.
